What documents do I need for a mortgage?

MoneyHelper says lenders usually ask for your last three months' payslips, your P60, photo ID, utility bills, three to six months of bank statements and proof of your deposit. If you're self-employed, they usually want two to three years' accounts and your SA302 tax calculations too.

How do I get my SA302?

GOV.UK says you can print your SA302 and tax year overview from your HMRC online account, or from the software you used to file your return. You can't print them until 72 hours after you send your return, and it's worth checking your lender accepts copies you've printed yourself.

Will you send me other emails?
